earnph408 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your earnph408 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.
